The Italian Hub of Luxury Fashion Design & Production

Pattern is a leading company in the design, engineering and production of runway garments for leading international luxury fashion brands.

Its industrial path that began in 2000 and the company became listed on the Italian Stock Exchange in 2019. Thanks to strategic alliances on different luxury product categories, the company has grown within Italy, culminating in the creation of the first Italian hub of luxury design and production in 2022.

Pattern Group now has over 800 employees in seven Italian regions and is positioned on the main luxury product categories (men’s and women’s ranges, clothing and accessories, woven fabric, knitwear and leather goods) from the research and design phase to production.

Technology and innovation, ESG, and human knowledge are the values behind the Group and its growth.

Pattern is also an outstanding example of corporate social responsibility in Italy. The company has been SA8000/Social accountability certified since 2013 and was one of the few Italian companies to obtain an ESG rating in 2019.

It has also officially committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2023 for the Pattern Torino and Atelier Roscini sites in Umbria, while the Group aims to source all its energy from renewable sources by 2023.
