The CIDIMU-R.I.B.A. Group was born in Turin, in 1982, with the purpose of developing ultrasound imaging, which was not widespread at the time and was far from the current sophistication and importance.

The Group is given special credit for having brought and having raised awareness on the EcoDoppler in Italy, a technology which, by uniting the morphological information of the ultrasound to the Doppler’s hemodynamic information and supplementing them, allowed the ultrasounds to become one of the most formidable diagnostic tools currently available in medicine.

The vocation to invest in technologies of excellence to offer an advanced service to its patients, has always characterized the Group and continues to be one of its commitments and distinctive values.

The Group is present with 14 Medical Institutes in Piedmont, Lombardy and Veneto.

Our institutes combine high professional quality and high technological quality.

Transcranial ultrasound for early diagnosis of the Parkinson’s disease

In several Institutes, apart from Diagnostics, there are also Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation treatments.

The Institute of Rehabilitation IRR of Turin, accredited by the International Federation of Sports Medicine, has particular importance in this field. The IRR has received the prestigious international certification of “Collaborating Center” awarded to only 4 Institutes in Italy and 23 worldwide.

In our Institutes are also practiced other rehabilitations such as Cardiological Rehabilitation, Respiratory, Pelvic Floor, Vascular, Dermatological and different treatments such as Oxygen – Ozone Therapy, Antalgic Therapy, Eco-guided Infiltrations etc.

They are also practiced treatments in the aesthetic field (Ex. Criolipolisi, Regeneration of vaginal tissue “Eva”, PRP) always seen in a medical key and therefore associated when necessary to dietary, hormonal, psychological, vascular, etc.

The IRR Institute is also equipped with two new surgical rooms where complex outpatient surgery is carried out. Soon also in Cuneo.

The new Dental Department of the Nuova Risana Institute provides patients with expert professionals in the field and constantly updated on methods and new technologies. Our professionals carry out the visits with a multidisciplinary approach aimed at the person in his uniqueness so that they can analyze and propose appropriate solutions to each individual person, adult and child.

The Group is constantly growing and expanding, to bring the excellence of diagnosis and prevention to more and more patients throughout the north west of Italy.
