Costadoro selects the best coffee from all over the world. The history of our coffee starts with the search for the finest ingredients.

Every batch of coffee is tasted until the perfect blend is obtained. Each single-origin coffee is selected through a dedicated tasting process to assess its quality and organoleptic properties. It is roasted using dedicated and carefully monitored roast curves for each blend. Coffee roasting is an essential step in ensuring a superior quality product that respects all the taste and aroma parameters.

The beans are scanned individually by an optical sorter. Any defective beans – not just in terms of color but also of shape and size – are discarded using the innovative SORTEX Z+1BL machine. Costadoro conducts a meticulous and careful selection process to obtain the perfect coffee not just in terms of taste but also of all the other senses.

Centuries-long experience, a flair for improvement and innovation has made Costadoro a coffee-blending specialist. It is important to combine single-origin varieties in quality blends, to taste the coffee and savor it carefully to perfect the recipe.
