To celebrate its first 20 years of activity, l’Opificio has chosen to be told through a book that contains the eyes of five professionals: an art director, a creative photographer, a blogger, an art photographer with the introduction of a journalist blogger.
The book goes through and transmits the intense soul of the company, which has always been synonymous with refinement and style all over the world. Stefania Soma’s introduction, aka Petunia Ollister, anticipates a story made of passion and creativity: “…I was struck by that ability to make different collections converse, annulling the concept of time and closure, the lack of eagerness to amaze…”, which has always represented the stylistic signature of l’Opificio, a company of sober and reserved elegance.
The opening of the book is dedicated to the Art Director of l’Opificio, Barbara Bertoldo, inspiring soul of the Maison, passionate about fabrics, fashion, art and decorative art.
Then it’s the turn of Blogger Carlotta Berta (unprogetto.com – @unacarlotta), who creates fascinating palettes and manages to tell the story of the exceptional versatility of l’Opificio fabrics.
Ilaria Corticelli, Creative Photographer, lives the creations of l’Opificio as an opportunity to share moments of joy and conviviality.
And finally Stefania Bonatelli (@stefaniabonatelli), who gives us two artistic interpretations of the company’s work: An interpretation that dialogues between the fashion world and the perfection of the geometries, and a second one, that links the fabrics to the dream of an exotic and wild nature, with brilliant and wonderful colors.
The book is a unique journey through the excellence of Made in Italy: unique fabrics and velvets and refined creations, told through the eyes of five professionals who interpret and live the work of l’Opificio with intensity.
